Breaking through foam Dilemma with Technological Innovation -- Practical Value of Waterborne Defoamer

In industrial production, food processing, sewage treatment, paint manufacturing and other fields, foam problems often become invisible killers that affect efficiency, quality and cost. A large number of foam may lead to decreased equipment efficiency, product defects and even energy waste. Water based defoamers have demonstrated irreplaceable solution value in multiple fields through targeted technological innovations.   

Unlike traditional oil-based defoamers, water-based defoamers are designed specifically for high water content systems such as water-based adhesives and textile slurries. Its nano particles can be directionally adsorbed on the surface of foam, and quickly pierce the foam through hydrophobic action. Although traditional defoamers can solve some problems, they often come with drawbacks such as poor environmental friendliness, excessive residue, and insufficient stability.
